Michelle is a 200 hour RYT yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She has recently started sharing her passion for yoga with her students, and her teaching style is characterized by gentle flows and vinyasa sequences. Michelle takes a holistic approach to her classes, incorporating breath work and mindfulness practices to help her students find balance and inner peace. She has a keen eye for alignment and uses modifications and props to make her classes accessible to students of all levels. Michelle is passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for her students, and she strives to make yoga accessible to everyone.
