At Wellnest Living, we believe in curating the ideal product for you, our customer. To ensure the highest quality and longest shelf life possible, our products are custom made at time of order and are unable to be reused therefore they are unable to be refunded. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
While we make our best efforts to ensure your order arrives to you safely, should damage occur, please contact us within 7 days and include photos so we can assess the damage and arrange a replacement if we deem appropriate.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A returned product will be thoroughly checked and tested before any claim will be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and despatch as soon as possible.
In some circumstances, we may offer a store credit in leiu of a replacement at our discression. As our products are personal care items, they cannot be returned or be refunded due to change of mind.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a replacement or store credit for the value of your return.
